D2S (Dawn 2 Sunrise)

As Thuli, a previous leader of the youth, walked from her home past the Zoo Lake to the church early in the morning as the sun was coming up. She felt God telling her that we need to lead the youths from darkness to dawn and into the light. With it the name D2S was born.

We as the Youth Team are committed to reach the Youths of our area and congregation with the wonderful Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Youth takes place every Friday at 7pm and after the 10:30 service we just meet informally!

• We want to be relevant to the lives of the teenagers.
• We want to live the love of Christ.
• We want to reach out to those who need friends and who need the
  Gospel.
• We want to have fun, laugh together, cry together and be there for
  each other.
• We want to organize events that the youths enjoy.
• We want to encourage teenagers to follow Christ with all their heart.
